finally achieve peace of mind
The reality of being the primary caregiver and care coordinator for our family.
According to this study by the CDC.
Highly active care is a fundamental part of their health and wellbeing, but you can’t always be there yourself.
Life takes you out of state. Relationships are put on pause. Your career is asking more of you. It feels like things are slipping through the cracks, including your own wellbeing.
That’s where NDTSoulz comes in, to protect your peace of mind and ensure that there are no gaps in care, no matter where life takes you.

Meet Nicole D. Thomas
FOUNDER OF NOURISHING TO DESERVING & THRIVING SOULS
Texas Certified Guardian & Former Police Officer
When my mother went into rehab after her stroke at 75 years old, I was overwhelmed by everything that needed to be coordinated for her care.
To make matters worse, I felt like I couldn’t sleep at night wondering if she was getting the right care at the right time.
I know her facility was doing their best, but the person in the bed wasn’t another number. It was my mom.
It became crystal clear that I couldn’t do it on my own, and yet finding help I trusted felt impossible.
Nourishing to Deserving & Thriving Soulz™ was born from this experience, with the mission to bridge the gap between facilities and families so no loved one receives less than the best care.
